No. SellerSage is an independent software application built by HushNest. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. It connects to your account only through your authorized Login with Amazon session.
What do I get during beta?
Full access to everything — all 7 agents, WhatsApp and Telegram approvals, all marketplaces, predictive analytics. No credit card, no limits during beta. Beta feature set matches the full free-trial experience; access is granted in waves.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing. Paid fees are non-refundable per our Terms of Service, but you keep access for the period you have paid for.
How does data security work?
Your Amazon data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Buyer PII is auto-purged within 30 days. We never aggregate, pool, or cross-reference data across sellers.
How do I set up WhatsApp?
After you join and connect your account, we guide you through verifying your WhatsApp number in a couple of taps. Telegram is available as an alternative channel.
