Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions to SellerSage (https://sellersage.in), operated by HushNest (Sole Proprietorship, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India).

1. General — Non-Refundable Fees

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all subscription fees processed via Razorpay or authorized payment gateways are non-refundable (per our Terms of Service, Section 8.3). This includes monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual subscription payments and the Platform-Managed Key (PMK) add-on.

Chargeback Disputes: In the event of a payment card chargeback or dispute filed with your card issuer, the dispute will be processed per Razorpay’s dispute resolution framework. During a chargeback investigation, your SellerSage account may be temporarily suspended. We strongly encourage you to contact us directly at support@sellersage.in to resolve any billing concern before initiating a chargeback — we will review every claim in good faith.

2. Beta Access

During the beta testing period, access is granted free of charge and no payment is collected. Beta enrollment therefore involves no fees and no refund entitlement. The beta feature set matches the full free-trial experience; access is granted in waves.

3. Cancellation to Stop Future Billing

• You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing cycles.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.
• After cancellation, we do not charge further fees.

4. No Partial Refunds for Unused Time

We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused portions of a billing period (e.g., cancelling mid-month does not refund the current month’s fee).

5. Contact for Billing Concerns

If you believe a charge is incorrect, or if you have a billing dispute, contact us within 15 calendar days of the charge at:

• privacy@sellersage.in (privacy/grievance)

We will review every claim in good faith. Disputes are resolved under the governing law and jurisdiction clauses of our Terms of Service (courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India).
